Chapter 1200: You’re So Annoying, So Annoying

Grant Heath and Lily Turner are a screen couple and good friends in real life, which is no secret. As a loyal fan of both, Athena Linton is certainly familiar with this.

"What heartthrob brother?" Lily Turner slightly turned and looked at Athena Linton, who had just sat down beside her, not immediately realizing who she was talking about.

Athena scooted her chair closer to the dining table and replied, "Of course, your old partner Grant the heartthrob."

As soon as she said this, Easton Holmes rolled his eyes immediately. Athena was engrossed in asking Lily for Grant Heath’s phone number, completely unaware of this.

But Lily Turner did notice. Right after Athena reminded her, she immediately looked at Easton. Seeing his expression, she knew he was unhappy.

"I don’t know." She shook her head resolutely. She didn’t want to have any more connections with that man, or else he’d bring waves into her life. She only wanted to live peacefully.

"You don’t know?! How could you not know? You two surely..."

At this moment, Easton Holmes strode over, reaching out to lift Athena Linton up from her seat. She hadn’t even reacted to what was happening before he dragged her away from the chair, "Aren’t you hungry? Enough with the nonsense, sit down and eat obediently."

This girl just wouldn’t stop.

As he spoke, he reached out and nudged her to return to her original seat.

"Brother! I realize you’re getting ruder by the day." Athena glared fiercely at Easton for pulling her from her seat, then lowered her head to look at Lily Turner. When she looked over, her expression immediately improved, "Goddess sister! Can you manage my brother, your husband? He’s so annoying right now."

She wanted to pull away from her brother and sit back in her previous seat, but her brother was quicker and sat down first, making her angry enough to raise her hand and smack his shoulder, "You’re so hateful, hateful!"

The final "hateful" was almost shouted out.

"Athena! Stop fooling around and come eat." Seeing Athena Linton getting more out of control, Serena Zimmerman hurriedly waved to stop her from continuing the antics.

Athena pouted in dissatisfaction, "How am I fooling around? Obviously, my brother is deliberately picking on me."

The more she thought about it, the angrier she got. She raised her hand and smacked her brother again.

"Don’t stoop to your brother’s level; sit here next to me." Lily Turner pointed to the empty seat on her other side, signaling Athena Linton to sit over there. When Athena expressed her displeasure to Easton Holmes, Amelia Linton, who was beside her, had moved slightly to the side, leaving an empty spot.

Looking in the direction Lily pointed, Athena saw the empty seat and snorted at Easton Holmes before walking over to sit in that position.

What’s this about not stooping to his level? Is he being unreasonable?

His wife was clearly siding with that girl, and his heart felt chilly.

Easton Holmes’ hand under the table secretly pinched Lily Turner’s thigh, silently expressing his dissatisfaction with her earlier. This silent sneak attack immediately drew a sideways glance from Lily.

"Athena! What do you want to eat? I’ll fetch it for you." Lily Turner withdrew her gaze from Easton Holmes, turned to look at Athena Linton on her other side, deliberately ignoring him to annoy him, offering him a distant profile.
